hello all,
sorry for the mass email but we prefer to rent to friends/
acquaintances/friends-of-friends...
we've rented 2 of 3 available apartments in our building in sunset
park but still available is the 3rd floor space. here's the info and
photos and floor plan are attached...

Full 1 BR (can actually fit a king size bed) with 2 closets, one of
which is a walk in closet that is large enough to be converted into a
home office or child's room.

The entrance is on the 2nd floor so there is space on the landing to
store your bike/shoes/bookshelves, etc.

4 blocks away from the 36th st N express train (very convenient to
Union Square)
7 blocks to a huge produce market, and there are plenty of
convenience stores/ diners nearby.
Also a 5 min. walk to the heart of vibrant Sunset Park on 5th ave.
and just a few train stops away from Park Slope and Bay Ridge.
This apartment would be really great for a couple, a couple with a
baby/small child, or even an artist who would like to work at home
(as long as you're pretty clean).
Terms: 1st and last months rent + 1 month deposit.
We will take tenants with a cat, but we do ask for a pet deposit.
