I lived in this little studio pad at Stoneridge Apartments from May of 2004 through July of 2006 when I moved into the 1 bedroom with a great view of downtown over the office.
It was in this small kitchen that I started the cooking and recipe section of my web site in June of 2004 with my "Tim's Bitchin' Pizza" how-to page, and to date most of the recipes pages were shot in this kitchen. Now all of the appliances and some of the cabinets have been torn out in preparation for demolition of the building.
Now they're tearing it down to build a newer high end apartment building with more units and retail space on the ground floor. All of the appliances and some cabinets have been torn out. I'll probably come back every week to take more photos and document the destruction. :)
I'll miss the little place.. *sniff*small apartment appliances
